From the beginner to the ambitious sporty kiter, the freerider is a that covers a very wide spectrum.

The level of grip and control is here already very highj

In a direct comparison in average conditions, the boards hardly differ in terms of driving experience and performance.

The Challenger only has a slightly lesser low end, which is due to the larger rocker (bend of the board). The difference is around 1-2 knots.

When it gets, rough and choppy, the Challenger trumps with even more smoothness and flattens that chop, making it easier to find the take-off.

This has a positive effect on control, making it much easier to find the jump when chasing new altitude records.


Basic shape elements

We are convinced that the harmonious interplay of a V bottom and concaves is a concept with the biggest potential for creating control and smoothness.

Technical driving mistakes are compensated as the shape finds its way intuitively.

You will be surprised how many bad landings our boards compensates for.

There is no tilting, uncontrolled slipping away.

With this concept, we achieve an exceptionally high level of smoothness and control.

All unsere Twintips sind auf dem selben Shape Konzept aufgebaut was je nach Board und Ansprüchen unterschiedlich ausgeprägt ist.
Diese Basis, ist ein stark ausgeprägtes -V- im Unterwasserschiff.
D.h. der tiefste Punkt liegt in der Mitte vom Board und die Rails sind angehoben wodurch eine Art flacher Kiel entsteht.
Dieser Kiel bringt einige positive Eigenschaften mit sich

Board sitzt satt und stabil im Wasser
Durch das V Profil wird die Wasseroberfläche “aufgebrochen“ wodurch das Board satt und stabil im Wasser sitzt.
Chop wird durch dieses aufbrechen abgedämpft und das Board sucht sich intuitiv seinen Weg.

Dies wirkt sich sehr positiv auf Landungen aus.
Gezwungenermaßen wird das Wasser durch das V Profil nach außen verdrängt,was dann die Landungen deutlich weicher ausfallen lässt.

Concaves create a larger wetted area and focus the water, creating a kind of lift which has a positive effect on the planing behavior.

Grip, directional stability and a high level of control
In order to create grip on the rail, we work in the middle of our shapes with a double concave that softly and harmoniously ends in further concaves at the nose and tail.
This interaction allows the shape to handle a lot of pressure and creates directional stability in the direction of travel.
If the pressure gets too high, the adjacent flow doesn't simply break away, as is the case with classic channels.
Rather, it will transition into a drift that announces the limit but remains extremely controllable.

This interplay of -V- Bottom and the concoves has a directional effect and makes the board very easy to control
